Sherrell has an extensive Human Resource background covering the areas of recruitment, employee relations, succession planning assessment and development, performance management, learning and development. She has worked as an internal business partner and consultant within an international large FMCG Company and a large well known London organisation where she operated across all the business aspects of Marketing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, HR and general Operational management. Sherrell currently works as an external professional and personal development consultant with her own Training and Development Consultancy.
