What are you an expert in?
I am a Master NLP practitioner and use the techniques consistently for myself and in my work. My area of expertise lies in communication and change management skills
What is it you are currently thinking about/care about in the world of work?
‘The end justifies the means’ is not a philosophy I ascribe to. I believe passionately that the way we relate to all our internal colleagues and external clients should always be with the intent of being helpful and respectful. Targets can consistently be met this way and companies can achieve truly successful growth.
What would you like to see change in organisations?
I would like to see the principle ‘People are our greatest resource’, to be truly lived out in an organisation, by everybody. It should be visible at every level, by individuals modelling best practice.
What is special about Praxis?
Its diverse community in terms of skills, expertise and interests - matched with the similarity of underlying values, principles and mutual respect.
Why does the programme you teach at Praxis matter in business?
I believe many major organisations are drawn to the types of programmes offered by Praxis, because they recognise that a successful business requires competent, skilful and self-aware individuals. I believe that the programmes I work on here, not only meet, but exceed, those expectations.
How would you describe your teaching style?
My style is energetic, with the intention of being informative, participative, thought provoking and fun.
