Work Experience
I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and MBA and speak French and Italian. I have had extensive experience with the big 4 accountancy firms, professional bodies, industry and academic institutions. Roles undertaken include development director, director of learning, finance director and management consultant.
I now work as an organisational coach specialising in helping people to achieve their potential in a strategic and commercial context. I have experience in coaching individuals and teams, designing and delivering leadership programmes, helping finance people develop their interpersonal and strategic skills and coaching individuals through 360 feedback.
My interests include:
