Why does the programme you teach at Praxis matter in business?
Praxis programmes do change awareness, challenge current thinking and provide the practical tools and techniques which help people lead and manage people more effectively.

How would you describe your teaching style?
Facilitative, clear and challenging. I like to bring creativity and pragmatism to the work in which I am involved. I enjoy communicating complex ideas in a simple way and helping people try out different ways of solving problems.
